Just reviewed school yearbook pictures of my friend’s daughter from Overlea High School and was appalled at the poor quality of the images. What’s worse is that the parents feel obligated top pay for the package at a mere $ 375. Awful.

Awful. Just awful. Many of my pictures came out blurry and scars were left untouched (they are part of every package). The costumer service chat is not useful. The man told me to call costumer service and did not help me. I just want my pictures, no packages or anything else. I already paid for them. They did nothing to help me. I suggest hiring someone more qualified than this company.

Photos were off center — had to re-shoot. The order was lost after shipping and they didn’t want to compensate us for the hassle.
Horrible CS procedures for these kind of prices!!!
