Horrible customer service. Gave us a window of 9 AM to 1 PM for a service window. No phone calls, and at 1:05 I call to ask them where they are, and they stated they are late due to the prior appt and that they would be on their way in the next 30 minutes or so. I stated no, we had visitors in town and we wasted our time waiting on you and could have been enjoying our day with the visitors you missed your appointment my partner is leaving the house to enjoy the rest of the day.
When calling back to speak with Kim, I asked about a discount due to the missed appointment and she stated she would check, and stated I would call next week to reschedule the appt. I then called back and got another person and asked for Kim, but she went to lunch. The person asked if she could help, and I explained the situation and she started to argue that they did not miss the appointment… OMG What… Is it after 1 PM she said yes, then you missed the appointment.
My partner contacted Kim today and arranged an appointment for this Thursday from 10 AM to 11 AM and she stated she could not provide a further discount as they already provided a $ 50 discount off the estimate.
I called back and stated the $ 50 off was to adjust for the original quote over the phone, at which point she stated they had a price increase across the board for all customers and that was considered a discount. I asked so what are you going to do about the missed appointment, and she said this is going to sound harsh but you could select another vendor. I then went in and asked this is how you treat your customers? She stated how this was an emergency company and they take priority calls… I stated you could have at least called and informed us what was going on and let us know you were going to be late or not make the appointment, it is called customer service after all.
She then put be on hold, and came back and after speaking with her «supervisor» stated they are not going to accept the bid. I stated you have horrible customer service, and I am going to let everyone know including who referred me and the Internet.
