Decent Quiznos! Great location… I like the location a lot. You can sit at high tables on stools and watch the city go by. The service was better than other Quiznos and the price was just right. The sandwich(honey mustard chicken sub) was just what I expected.

After running some errands at the courthouse nearby, the Love of My Life and I decided that we wanted some lunch, even though the day was absolutely sweltering and enough to take away anyone’s appetite. We decided that a Quiznos sub sounded like just the thing. He ordered the Chicken Milano sub, while I had the«Pick 2» special — for me, I chose the Little Italy sandwich and Honey Mustard Chicken salad. LoML reports that he didn’t actually like the taste of the sub — the ingredients combined were a bit much — but the quality of the ingredients themselves were fresh and tasty. I thought the same of my sandwich and salad(I actually liked mine, though — the Little Italy in particular, I thought was delish). I’ve been to this location before — I used to work in the area and always, always, ALWAYS got the Black and Bleu Flatbread Salad for dinner. So much that the owner actually remembers me — to this day(and I haven’t worked downtown since 2005). I wish they still had the Black and Bleu, because it’s probably the most yum salad I’ve ever had.(It’s calorific, though — I was shocked when I saw the nutritional stats. Eeeeek!!!) This location gets VERY, very busy during peak lunch hours because of its location(right in the middle of downtown and near the city courthouses). Prices are a bit hefty, but it’s Quiznos(not Subway), and it’s downtown. You get what you pay for, in this case. We’d go again. Tip For Diabetics: Forget it. The only thing that’s good here for diabetics is the soup, and even then it’s not all that great, considering the fat, calories and sodium that you’re going to find in the bowl. It’s not worth elevating your levels over. The sandwiches are a diabetic’s nightmare, and the salads aren’t much better, surprisingly. Not a good choice. Disclaimer: I’m not a doctor. YMMV.
