Sooooooooooooooooooooo here’s my experience… i always post date my checks before dropping it off… since i do not get off from work early enough i end up putting my payment in the drop box that says“no envelope, no folded paperwork” I had to turn in my payment because I was leaving the country for a few weeks. I have never been late to payments or had any issues until today. Now in my experience they have never cashed my checks earlier than the date on it until this one time… they cashed the check two days early making me have to pay bank fees… so i called in explained the situation… stated to the lady that this is first time they’ve cashed the checks early even before the rent due date… i asked her if it was possible to discount my next month’s rent… she was nice, she apologized, she told me she would need to refer me to the manager«Ms. Brown» and Ms. Brown could help me sort it out… got hold of Ms. Brown and she flat out refused to help me… she cuts me off while i attempt to answer her questions, she kept saying«I HAVEWORKEDHEREFOR13YEARS, WEDON’T CASHCHECKSWRONG, THERE’S NOTHINGWECANDOFORYOU, YOU’REONYOUROWN» SO when I told her she needed to help me sort things(like the other lady promised) out as i am currently in Brazil and I did not appreciate her cutting me off while not listening to my pleas… Ms. Brown said I CAN’T HELPYOU and she hung up on me. So first the check was cashed wrong(it doesn’t say it anywhere that they don’t hold checks), then she kept telling me how long she has worked for the company and how she can’t help, then she hangs up… MS. BROWN from the regional management office AKA«co-operate office» has the worst customer service i have ever encountered, she is not customer-oriented/customer-centric. If you ever have any issues please ask for someone else who is not Ms. Brown. FYI I will NOT be renewing my lease or recommending anyone i know here because obviously they are not interested in taking care of the client.

Thank gosh for the drop box. I have been walking around holding the rent check. I decided to go drop it off during my lunch. In the drop box goes the rent. Thank for making that so easy.
