We had an older dying roof, and we used this company for years to make small repairs to make it last. Each time– job was inexpensive and nicely done. We finally had to give it up as the roof was dying– they came out and re-​did whole roof and gave us an excellent price, with architectural life-​time shingles and all the bells and whistles. Very nicely done.
Now– take heed– nearlly all big companies sub-​contract now. So the big name is more of a warranty– the quality of job from company to company can very greatly, depending on which subcontractor gets it. We’ve been blessed three times with this company– sounds like Justin got a bad crew, and I don’t doubt his review. Sad thing now— Seems to matter more what a company will do when they screw up than what they do on initial job when it comes to reviews!

Avoid Rosedale Roofing! The lied about removing wet rotting wood!
I had Rosedale roofing come out to fully replace a roof and all rotted wood on the roof. They came out and replaced the roof but placed new plywood over soaking wet rotting wood which had old shingles and more rotting wood underneath it.
When I inquired if they removed the old wood they assured that they did and that they can send me pictures of it. Well the pictures never turned up. So I sent them video footage from my security camera of them placing fresh plywood over soaking wet wood that was rotting on the roof. Is this the type of company you would like working on your house?
Only after many phone calls and me sending the videos did they agree that they were wrong and would come out and repair the roof, but then tried to charge additionally for removal of wood that was already included in my initial quote.
I wonder how many other customers of Rosedale Roofing are getting ripped off and have no idea. I would never recommend them to anyone.
