What a disappointment. I googled «same day delivery» around the Baltimore area to send flowers for a friend’s birthday. I ordered the flowers through their website around 10am on a Wednesday morning (non-​holiday) and the order went through fine. Their website states, «If you order before 2:00 pm in the recipient’s time zone, we can typically deliver the flowers the same day Monday through Friday.» I called the shop several times (around noon) but no one picked up. I even sent an email because I didn’t specify a delivery time and I was just curious as to what time the delivery would go out (in case I had to inform my friend not to leave her house in case it arrived). I call again around 2.30pm and a lady picks up only to tell me all the deliveries were gone for the day and she did not receive an order for my address (zip code was 21 224). On the VERY FRONT page of the website, it clearly says delivery is available to this postal code however, she said they don’t even deliver to that address /​zip code. She apologized and immediately refunded me and told me she couldn’t send out any more orders for the day. She also mentioned their phone /​computer system was down and that people were in and out trying to fix it. I didn’t try to fight it, it is what it is and I get to vent my frustration here.
Rosie’s Posies, please update your website. If you don’t deliver to postal code 21 224, then please remove it.
