I have shopped at this store for years before I moved out west, I miss this place so much. Haters are gonna hate but if that homie a few posts down thinks gas station bowls are expensive nothing on earth will make him happy. Gas station bowls are the cheapest junk from China. These guys have a good selection and competitive prices. They know they aren’t the only shop in town. They also don’t sell Chinese junk so if you like lame cheap glass that breaks then don’t shop here but if you want a quality product made by Americans then come here, as far as them losing your piece if you had a slip they would have replaced it, that’s their policy. They staff is friendly even though they get douche bags like this guy in their who thinks gas station bowls are too expensive. Stick with your plastic honey bear. I have had a few piece repaired there. No problems.

High prices, rude staff, I sent my piece in to get repaired and when I went back to pick it up I didn’t have my «repair slip» so the girl told me to come back with it (which, in the past I have been able to pick up without my slip) so I went home and came back a few days later only to be told «they must have thrown it out». Thanks a lot douchebags, that was a one of a kind piece. DO NOT SHOP HERE AND ESPECIALLY DONT LET THEM DO REPAIRS ON YOUR GLASS.

I used to go here years ago when it was on the other side of Harford road now it’s next to a hair salon and the owner (white guy long hair & facial hair) is a straight up D-​Bag, rude, high prices even compared to gas station bowls. I was ignored, made feel unimportant, laughed at when I asked a question. Very helpful, reasonable, and knowledgeable. I’ve been to shops that just felt pushy and I left, you’re not gonna feel that here. There’s truly something for everyone, and they offer repairs and a wide variety of all sorts of replacement parts or accessories you could need.
