As of right now, I am incredibly unsatisfied with the customer service I have received, and I am 1 poor response away from just cancelling the entire order. The first person I spoke to seemed nice enough. We discussed my move into the new house and he even offered me $ 50 off if I wanted to place the order with him that day, that way the bed would be delivered when I move. After buying the bed with him, I told him my move date, and he said that someone would contact me to verify the date. A few days later I got a phone call, but it wasnt to verify the delivery date, it was to verify my order. I confirmed, and reminded the girl that we needed it on the day we moved. She noted the system and said someone would call to verify. 9 days later I have not received a call, so I called them back. Now I am told that they dont have that delivery date available, and I would need to wait until almost a week later. So we would need to live without a bed for almost a week, even though the delivery date had been a condition of the sale. The lady«MARY» who informed me of the delivery date issue was very rude. She didnt want to hear my concern and kept talking over me and interupting me. She transfered me to a «Manager» named«Eric». Eric did not present himself as a manager in his phone etiquette at all. When he told me the same, I appealed him as well. I am now waiting for a call back from Sleep Number. *update* — after multiple appeals and speaking to corporate, we finally reached an acceptable resolution for delivery. They still did not honor the original date, but they instead had someone out the day before. They crew that delivered it was polite and mindful not to mess up anything in my home. They had the bed assembled quickly and showed me how to use it. Now that it’s here, i do very much love the bed, i just wish it wouldnt have required so much drama to reach resolution.
