I’ve been going here for about three years, taking both mat and reformer classes. The group classes are small, and Wallis, the instructor, is very knowledgable and attentive to details; she individualizes exercises constantly. I feel I’m in good hands, always! Well worth the cost.

At my first foray into exercise, I was concerned about injuries. So, I started with private pilates (reformer) and eventually felt comfortable moving to a group class. (Reformer). Wallis Mason is an outstanding teacher who stresses form, not strength. She has a unique ability to break down moves to their basics so that clients learn! She is totally committed to form, function and health.
I thoroughly enjoyed having this energetic woman help me achieve my goals.
