I have rented a band rehearsal studio space from Tom and Scott at Studio 14 for almost 5 years now. The rooms themselves all have their own unique character, and you have 24 – 7 access with your own keycard. The landlords are the coolest ones I’ve ever dealt with, very quick to respond to any complaints/​questions. The prices are fair; we rent a nice spot for $ 250, which is SO worth it for the protection your gear has, and the amount of noise you can make, at all hours. Awesome place, rent a studio here
