This Taco Bell always has a million cars in the drive thru no mater what time of day. And they take forever to get cars moving… definitely prefer the one on Harford RD. I’m always in and out!

I go through the drive thur for lunch at least once a month. They have always been very friendly and my order is right 99% of the time.

I have had so many issues with this location, including; roaches inside this location. wrong orders on countless occassions, absurdly long wait times, and even ended up sick to my stomach from their food. All issues that I never encounter at the Joppa Rd locations, or the new Harford Rd location. However, last night was just the nail in the coffin. Last night I walk into the Taco bell at 8:55 pm. There is no line, and no customers. All the employees are in the back prep line, talking and laughing, with not a single employee anywhere near the front register. Around 8:58 pm I start calling back for help, only to receieve no response. Around 9:00 pm an employee was handing food to someone at the drive thru and noticed me, so she turned to the crowd and said«yo, theres a customer up there». Everyone went silent, but no one came to the register. I started to become upset and called for help ever louder. At 9:03 pm I still was just standing there, not waited on at all. So I walked out, got in my car, and went through the drive thru. Before placing my order I informed the guy that I was the one inside waiting for assistance and being ignored. His response… «oh, can i take your order». I had a very simple order, with only 3 items… and of course, all 3 of them were wrong. I will never go back to this worthless location. EVER!

All I wanted was 2 steak tacos with no sour cream and no tomatoes and they messed that up 3 times in a row. Something so simple.

I have not been to a Taco Bell in years due to the sad little tacos I remember from my teen years, with a pinch of cheese and a few lettuce shreds. But I was hungry late one night and since other drive thrus were packed decided on Taco Bell. I ordered the Nacho Cheese Doritos Supreme taco and it was sooo good. Plenty of lettuce, cheese, tomatoes, and sour cream. Also the Caramel Apple Empanada reminded me a bit of the old fashion Mcdonalds apples pies back when they were fried and delicious. The selection of beverages was unique compared with other fast food places. I tried a carbonated apple drink and it tasted pretty good, like a non alcoholic version of the Redds apple ale. With the popularity of the apple ales I’m surprised other places don’t have this. In all the food was cheap and delicious. The staff was gracious. I have been back since that experience and am now fully addicted to Taco Bell.

It is a taco bell. Convenient, local, open late are the perks. But overall this location is one of the better locations.

I was in line behind a woman who was completely oblivious to everyone in line behind her. She appeared to have only ever been to a Taco Bell once in her life previous to this visit, which I assume must have been 1987. Overheard gems: «Last time I was here, I had something big and soft, and it had chicken. Do you have that?» «Do you have kid meals? «Taco? Do you have anything that comes on like a tortilla?» «What sodas do you have?» She spent 15 minutes ordering. Fifteen minutes. If I was taking her order, I would have choked her, and made her children watch — at the five minute mark. The guys waiting on her were incredibly patient, and answered her questions as best they could. I was trying not to pull out my hair, and scream, «LOOKATTHEMENU! THEYHAVE A MENU! IFYOUCAN’T DECIDE, STANDASIDEANDLOOKATTHEMENU!». These Taco Bellers(I’m not sure what to call someone who works at Taco Bell) had nerves of steel. That is worth 5 stars.
