1. To conclude, this is absolutely worst rental building I have ever lived in.
2. heating system often not working, however you are still being charge up to $ 200 a month for fuel.
3. there are a lot of extra fees on top of your rent, Sewer, Water, Gas, Trash, Service, etc…
4. if you are 1day late on payment, you must pay $ 75 late fee.
5. You most likely won’t have hot water in the morning/​evening when your neighbors are also taking shower.
6. There are rats coming out from the heater.

A-​OK. You have all the conveniences at your doorstep. Balconies, and a pool. Costs some money, but worth the stay. (It was a hotel)
