The UPS Store

This is the best customer service I have ever received in Baltimore. Emily, the owner, helped me yesterday. I live in Canton but I would drive across town just to do business at this UPS store. Parking is never a hassle and there are lots of spaces around the corner too.

Joe and Emily provide excellent customer service every time I come into the store. I’m so happy to be a customer. my packagesare always delivered on time and I never have any customer service issues. It’s a pleasure to be a customer of this store.

My boyfriend and I have a mailbox here and get A LOT of packages delivered! Joe and the rest of the crew are always super helpful and courteous! They always go above and beyond! Great customer service! Great people! If you live in the city and don’t want to have to worry about packages being stolen from your doorstep I highly recommend you get a box at this store!

They are so incredibly professional and nice. I had an issue with some documents that needed to be notarized. They are so incredibly helpful and did everything they could to assist me.
They are by far the meaning of Customer Service!!!

When moving to the city, my husband and I were very concerned of the stories of packages mysteriously disappearing off of stoops. We order a lot of things online so having security of the packages was extremely important. We visited the UPS store when they opened and they were having a special on their mailboxes. The manager was extremely helpful, letting us know that we could purchase the smallest (cheapest) box and they would still be able to receive packages for us. The guys there really get to know you — when I step in now, they know my name and my mailbox number. They offer to help with large or heavy packages to my car. A+ service!
I have also ordered some items to be printed through their website, which were ready on time and of great quality. I have also shipped items through them with no issues. Love them!

I’m so glad I chose to return my AT&T Uverse equipment at this location. This store is clean, organized, and their customer service is excellent! Joe facilitated my return. He’s über knowledgeable and friendly. I witnessed three additional customers receive service and they were given excellent service too. The owner came up to look for something but also made sure the guests were taken care of. This is definitely my UPS store of choice. Thx to the «tatted cowboy» lol.

If I can, I would like to give them 0 star. I loved this store, went there all the time to print stuff. Today was actually the first time they charged me for computer use for 2 min! When I asked the guy, should I use usb drive in the future to avoid this computer usage cause it seems you guys changed policy already. He said: well, a lot of people come in and take advantages of out computer and Internet. Excuse me? ! I’m taking advantage of your computer and your internet for 2 min to print a letter ??? Does this sound too ridiculous? Will never go back to this ups store again. The worst customer service ever!!!

After an epic (and most terribly timed) failure by FedEx, Joe and Connor — and the delivery man whose name I didn’t catch — at this UPS saved the day. They were incredibly kind, sympathetic, helpful, and genuinely concerned about making sure they could do everything in their power to get 4 Very Important Boxes to Texas ASAP. I so appreciate their honesty and willingness to work above and beyond. They may have saved my co-​worker her job, and the organization I work for its reputation. Thank you thank you THANK YOU!

Thank you to Joe, Connor and UPS Driver John for a wonderful UPS experience!!! These three men went above and beyond to make sure our needs were taken care of, not to mention, stayed past closing to do so! Thank you for all your help, I will definitely be coming back to this UPS store!!!

This is my closest UPS, service here is always quick and the gentleman that is usually here in the evenings, Joe is super polite, respectful, and delivers some amazing customer service.
It’s rare that people working in these places actually care about the quality of the service they give but I have been pleasantly surprised by this place on more than one occasion.
Joe you’re the man!

I have come to this store a good bit and every time i end up leaving with a smile on my face! the employees are super helpful and always so very nice! They always work so hard for me every time i’m there and all my packages have made it to their destinations on time every time. I’m convinced that this is the best ups store in Baltimore! All my business and mailing needs will be taken care of here because the staff is very passionate about there work. All in all i highly recommend this company to any on with shipping or printing needs!

This is only the second time I’ve written a bad review for any business, but the experience I had with this UPS Store warrants it. The transaction was long distance with the shipper in Baltimore and myself in AL. I purchased a set of China from a woman in Baltimore and offered to pay for the packing and shipping directly. The seller called the UPS on Boston and got an estimate for $ 150 to pack and ship. Though both the seller and I thought this was expensive I agreed to have her bring the dishes in the next day to be shipped. When all was said and done, however, they charged me over $ 260., nearly 80% more than the «estimate.» I just had an armoire shipped from North Carolina for less. When I complained to the owner, who actually gave the original estimate, she was unsympathetic and insisted the $ 150 was «only an estimate.» She had no clue as to the meaning of an «estimate.» While, unlike a a quote, it is not a definitive price, an estimate must be within a reasonable range of the final cost. If you cannot make a prediction within 20% or so, you have no business giving an estimate.

Parking is a chore, but this UPS Store is fast, courteous, clean, and smells kind of like olive oil!
Also, they will let you drop off prepaid packages, something that some other ups stores irritatingly do not allow.
