Stay away from this place. I ordered a white tuxedo jacket by phone. Then, a couple weeks later, I saw added charges for over $ 500 on my debit card. Tried to get in touch with the store and it was out of business. Still trying to get my money back, and Rod has fallen off the face of the Earth. These people will steal your money and then try to duck and run.

So many things went wrong I really don’t know where to begin. I guess I’ll start with the day before the wedding. I thought most tuxedo shop request you come in for a final fitting two days before your event. Well the groom sent me a message two days before his wedding that we needed to pick up tuxes the day before the wedding. I thought that was odd, but hey what do I know I’m just going with the flow. So the day before his wedding which was also the same day as the wedding rehearsal, he picks up my sons tux and his tux. First issue, the groom arrives at 3pm to try on and pick up tux. Seems easy enough right, WRONG!!! He wasn’t seen until 5pm!!! 2hours later!!! Unacceptable. Second issue, once he tried on his tux it was ill fitting. The shop owner had the audacity to say«I think you look good». Sir it’s this mans wedding day aside from child birth this is one of the most important days of his life… By the time his tux was corrected it was 7:45pm. The wedding rehearsal was suppose to start at 7! So he sat in this shop for 4 almost 5 hours, ridiculous. Third issue, it’s the eve of his wedding around 1130 at night. My 5 year old son is exhausted but I wake him to try on his tux. I had a feeling something might be wrong with the experience the groom had. I open the tuxedo bag and inside was a jacket too small. The sleeves stopped 2inches above my sons wrist, his shirt was too large. It looked as if it was for a 10 year old. SO «WHATDAHAIL» AM I SUPPOSETODOWITHTHISSUIT!!! Well at $ 153.00 for a young child’s rental you know what I did right? Sent my husband to get our money back the very next day(yep the wedding day) I was so furious I couldn’t sleep that night and I certainly was in no mood to speak to anyone at the shop. I was smart enough to order my son a suit weeks prior to the wedding that fit him perfectly and matched the groomsmen suits.(by the way several groomsmen had ill fitted suits on, I noticed one of the groomsmen had too short sleeves as well). Fourth Issue, it’s show time the wedding is officially supposed to start, but wait what’s up 12:30 pm comes and goes. Why you ask? Well I’ll tell you, The groomsmen are all in the dressing room waiting on there ties and hanker chiefs. Yep you guessed it no ones accessories were in their bags so the fellas had to sit and wait for someone from the shop to drive 30 – 40 min to the church to bring the rest of their suit. I don’t know where the folks at Tuxedo Zone Inc dropped the ball, but to have so many mistakes in extremely bad for business. In the wedding party alone there were at least 5 unhappy costumes not to mention all the people who were effected by the mistakes of the staff that were not in the wedding party. The only reason I give 2 stars and and not 1 is because the folks at tuxedo zone recognized there error refunded our rental fee and apologized for there mistakes. One more thing the address above is incorrected the shop recently moved a few doors down to 1611 Eastern Ave.
