Under Armour Performance Apparel

So glad to get in here and expose these people! The product is not the issue. It is the TOTAL LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE that these highly incompetent people serve to paying customers! They brag about their return policy and how great it is, how they stand by everything! Words MEAN NOTHING! As I have said before, if I could give them LESS than a single star, I WOULD!
When I returned my products, it took them 9 days to receive it via the shipping label they issued to me! 9 days! The products could have walked back in that much time!
That is NOT acceptable!
And here I sit, wasting over 30 minutes on the phone with these incompetents, and yet they are unable to issue a credit to me after they have received the items 6 days AGO!
Excuses, excuses is what they are giving me! The manager would not even come to the phone. I had to get tough with these people in order for them to do their job! That is wrong!
This company treats customers like garbage and I will NOT buy from them again. They do not care about the amount of time it takes to resolve an issue and waste the customer’s time and money in doing so. How DARE THEY make excuses for why they cannot issue a credit to me.
IT IS MY MONEY!
Don’t waste your time with these people! They don’t care about providing intelligent, timely customer service!

It was nice seeing the under armor headquarters and all the Baltimore athletes and natives who they have it is a underrated tourist attraction. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Baltimore I only saw the outside didn’t go in, since I was in a hurry.

I went to the Under Armour Performance for their first ever Yoga Rave. It was a awesome event! The event was catered to any experience level of yoga however I am pretty sure what we was doing was advance yoga! lol I took a beating during this workout. We received free glow stick headbands and glasses! it was dark and all you could see ways our glowing sticks! Cool for pics. The music was blasting much like you was in a club doing yoga. The dj was great! They also had free water to quench our thirst during the workout. At the end we danced to 10pm and got some nice swag gifts! Great healthy night connecting with yoga experts! Love it!

For each big physical event, I’ve chosen Under Armour as my battle wear. The Heat and Cold Gear has sustained my body temperature well under reason without feeling the drench sweat on my upper torso and back (compared to a regular cotton t-​shirt). My workouts, trainings, and events are intense causing me to sweat and get sticky very quickly. UA does keep me dry and comfortable when i’m indoors or outdoors. My first experience was jogging in the rain and then biking in the sun. Not bad. I didn’t feel like ripping off my UA. I kept it during each session and event until I was ready to hit the shower. For years (since high school and college) I’ve worn all kinds of sports gear and cotton. I wish I had UA back in the days. I wouldn’t have to bundle up during winters and change cotton cut off shirts every 30 minutes in the summer. Not only am I using UA for my events, I also use it at work. I’m a Facilities Technician working on extreme conditions on building rooftops, mechanical pads, data centers, and extreme outdoors. UA gives me that extra comfort along with my company uniform.
