I used Urban Hanger for two years when I lived in Baltimore. My experience with the Company was awesome. When I first moved to Baltimore I had trouble finding a good and convenient dry cleaner, but Urban Hanger filled that void. Management is very responsive and professional. I highly recommend Urban Hanger!

So to update I spoke with Brandon Rosenblatt, who I believe is the owner and manager, and he took the comforter back and had it sewn up properly. Very nice guy, and good to know he’s willing to try and make things right. Personally, I don’t think I’ll go back, but I’ve changed my rating of the place.
