Every time i visit this Walgreens I feel it becomes worse and worse. The good thing is the 2 redboxes located out front. On this particular visit i needed some vitamins. I always feel this store is not lit well, never feels inviting and really doesn’t encourage me to want to return. I do notice that a hurried greeting of «welcome to walgreens» is given to every person that walks through the door. So as i browsed the store for other items i realizes almost everything down to deodorant was behind locked plexi glass cases. I personally am easily annoyed by this. If i want to shop, i like to smell, touch, read labels, etc. so needless to say i left those aisle and continued on to what i came for. So I grabbed my selected vitamins and headed to the register. Well i realized the pricing is wrong and i am charge en extra $ 5. The cashier tells me that if i want to contest it, they will need to do a price check. My mouth and smile said sure, but my brain said. well duh. So i go to the back of the store again and wait for a staff member. It turns out the label was on the wrong item. So i get the right bottle & head back to the cashier who makes me wait while she checks out not 1, not 2, but 3 other customers. I am standing right at the front of the line mind you. Her explanation is she has to call to the back to confirm what happened during the price check. My smile and nod said sure but my brain said wtf??? i would not still be here if items were labeled right, and why didn’t the staff person escort me back to checkout to assure everything went smoothly. Basically i was there longer than necessary. The customer service was lukewarm and i entered happy and left annoyed.

I come here a lot and the service is mhem depending on the day. But today I was so furious with the service I’m writting this from the parking lot these people had my son in line for 15min and when I came into the store to see what was happening that didn’t make any attempt to speed the process up. Awful !

My first time here along with the first time I saw an electric car charging station. There is a designated spot, drive thru pharmacy like the bank with two spots and magical tubes. Crazy
