I had to take away two stars from my previous review because I continued to have scheduling problems. I understand that running a business can be overwhelming but responding to texts and calls is so important.
I attempted multiple points of contacts in order to schedule my second wax, but instead of continuously trying to schedule unsuccessfully I went to Groupon and got a refund on my remaining waxes. This is a bummer and now I am searching for a new wax artist.

I purchased a groupon in November. I called and left at least 5 messages on the answering machine and not once did anyone from this establishment call me back. I called Groupon and got my money back because I refuse to deal with a business that cannot be bothered with calling their patrons to schedule appointments. I will never purchase another one from this place again!

I found a Groupon for this place and went in for a Brazilian. It was a little tough to schedule an appt, as I had to reschedule mine at the last minute, but overall I was pleased. If you’re trying to find the office, it is inside of the condominium lobby and through a door to the right and down a hallway. Just ask whatever security guard is on duty and they will help you.
Shelly was nice and even sort of scolded me for switching hair removal methods in between my last wax.(in a nice way of course lol) I’ll never do that again! The wax was as gentle and thorough as it could have been given my «condition» upon arrival,(Was that TMI? Lol) and she was knowledgeable about ways in which to care for the skin down there and to maximize Brazilian wax benefits. This was only my second wax ever, and my last tech never explained those things to me, so I really appreciated that. I would go back.

I love her! I just can’t always find the time to come during her operating hours. Very clean and professional. She has an awesome personality that makes you want to keep coming back.

Shelly is AMAZING!!! This was my first bikini wax and I was definitely apprehensive. I found Shelly on Groupon and after seeing her multiple glowing reviews took a chance and actually bought the Groupon for 3. Shelly makes you feel SO comfortable and talks you through everything. I loved that she engaged me in conversation so I wasn’t focused on the pain. And even when I’d let out a little «ouch» she’d say «I’m right there with you…» I’ll definitely be back (even after my Groupon runs out) and have already recommended her to 2 people. Two tips – the number listed is a cell phone and it was able to make my appt via text (I was in a time crunch). Also, the bldg does look like an apt bldg, but just go in the main door and they’ll lead you back. The room itself is very nice!

Shelly is wonderful, friendly, personable and most of all, thorough quick and pain-​free with her Brazilians! Her spa is warm, clean, and there’s no double dipping!
I live in sf and Shelly is my go to person when I’m in the Baltimore area on vacation!

Shelly was amazing! I bought a Groupon for a Brazilian with her and she was really a pro. She is really sweet and talkative without getting distracted. Extremely kind-​hearted and makes you feel incredibly comfortable. She got all the hair out and it only took 15 minutes! I know Brazilians are supposed to be quick but usually if they’re too quick not all of the hair will come out. I feel amazing and had such a wonderful experience here. Her place looks as though it’s in an apartment complex but don’t be afraid, it is not an apartment! It is a legitimate business space. :) I will definitely be going back without a groupon, and I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a new place to get waxed.

I purchased a Groupon for a Brazilian and also got my underarms & brows done. Shelly was professional and efficient, explaining what she was doing and the products she was using. I love my results — bare, smooth and pain free! I will be a returning customer!

Put simply, if there’s a better waxer in the Baltimore area, I certainly haven’t met her!
