Zen Green Services

Mary’s service had cleaned for us last year under a different name, Mary’s Green Cleaning. Her service has ruined our floors with stains from a steam cleaner. I have been trying to deal with her for almost a year now just trying to get her to pay a partial part of the floor. She ignored my calls and emails. I told her that we were willing to negotiate but still nothing. I understand things happen, but when you own a business you should take care of your mistakes. We asked her to chip in a total of $ 400 and the estimates were much more. So unfortunately, I cannot give her a very good review as I don’t think she be trusted. I and still hoping Mary decides she wants to get in touch with us and chip in for the damage. If she does I will be more than happy to edit this review with an update. As I said, of course mistakes happen. But we have been very patient and I think it says a lot to how you deal with issues like this.
