Our family has been using Expert Aire for several years now and have been nothing short of happy with their service. Jimmy and his family do an excellent job of showing up promptly (usually about an hour or so before his quoted time with a call ahead, of course), they work quickly, efficiently, and our bills have always been reasonable.
They even do a little extra clean up and repair that helps our unit work a little better. I would definitely recommend Expert Aire to anyone with a modular or traditionally built home. When you’re in a bind (without a/​c in the middle of a massive South Texas drought) they get the issue fixed as quickly as possible!
