Need framing? Have it done someplace else. We brought a vintage photo to be matted and mounted in a vintage frame. Placed the order on Nov 14, and they told us it would take about 3 weeks (Dec 5^th). As of today, 12/13, not one bit of work has been completed. We received no communication from staff during the process, and we weren’t able to take our frame and photo elsewhere, as the photo is still «out» at wherever they send things to be done.
The manager told us it would be ready this Wednesday, but we’re not holding our breath.
