So, we decided to go back this past Saturday night and give it another chance. All of the other restaurants in the area were absolutely jammed, except for Ruby Tuesday. We were with some friends and we all decided to come here. My husband and I gave it the benefit of the doubt and hoped that our previous not so great experience back in October had just been a fluke since we had never had any problems here prior to that. Well, we were wrong! The 4 of us were seated right away, but then it took a good 10 – 15 minutes for our waitress to even acknowledge us and come to our table to give us menus and take our drink orders. We then had to wait an additional 10 – 15 minutes just to have our drinks brought to us and order our food. My husband and I both got raspberry iced tea, which is usually great here; however, both of our teas were lukewarm with barely any raspberry flavoring. When our waitress finally came back to take our food orders, we complained about our teas and she said that she would get us new ones. The new ones were a little better, but still not ice cold and not nearly as much raspberry flavoring as they have always had in the past. I always used to say that Ruby Tuesday makes the best raspberry iced tea, but this clearly isn’t the case any longer! Right before taking our orders, our waitress very unprofessionally said, «Just so you know, we’re out of a lot of stuff.» Great. Sure enough, when each one of us went to order, we were told, «Sorry, we’re all out of that.» Give me a break. It was a Saturday evening. There is absolutely no excuse for this happening! Finally, we all found something that they actually had. We also all decided to have the salad bar. We were a party of 4 and when we got up to the salad bar, there were only 3 plates. There was no wait staff to be found, so we had to look around the restaurant for someone to restock their plates at the salad bar. We then quickly found that plates weren’t the only thing they were short on. The salad bar was totally picked over! We all took what little food was available at the salad bar and went back to our table. Once our meals arrived, we were once again greatly disappointed. All 4 of us had mashed potatoes, which weren’t even hot. I believe my husband and I had this same problem back in October as well. My husband and I both had steak, which was mediocre at best. Our friends both had burgers and they weren’t too thrilled with their meals either. None of us even finished our dinner. My husband and I paid the bill for all 4 of us and we feel hugely ripped off. I can now say with 100% certainty that we will NOT be back. We gave it another chance after having a very similar experience this past October, but it was proven to us that things have not changed one bit since our last visit. We did not even bother to submit a formal complaint to Ruby Tuesday because when we did that before, they didn’t even respond! It’s really too bad. This used to be one of the better chain restaurants in the Bangor area. I have no idea what’s going on with them, but they have definitely gone seriously downhill as of late.

This place has appalling service. We were told by the manager that there would be a 25 minute wait. We asked if it would be OK to walk around the mall. She said come back in ten minutes. We did. At which point we were told our table had already been given away and that we would be placed on the bottom of the wait list. This is not the way to treat a customer. It was our first time going and we will not be going back.

The best Ruby Tuesday I’ve ever been to! Service from reception to Jessica, waitress was excellent. Food was perfectly prepared and served hot! Whiskey is $ 5 shot. Reasonable selection of wines by the glass. Would definitely return.

Located in the mall — the selection on the menu was great — we all loved our meals and and those little biscuits are so yummy !! I recomend the burgers very fresh and cooked to order. The drink selection was good too ! Service was great — but she didnt even let us finish our meal before she brought the dessert and coffee — gessh! Still worth it as it a great place to eat

Slow slow slooooowww service. Otherwise the food was good but we were supposed to get bread before our meal and after asking for it several times, it finally came after we were all finished with our main course. We will not go back.

Food was good, waitress even better! The salad bar isn’t like regular Rudy salad bars. There’s items missing, so I felt jipped when I ordered the salad bar and couldn’t get half of my favs.

Very nice! I wish these still existed in the Boston area. Our waitress was wonderful, and the food was great.

Pretty decent salad bar, just like every other Ruby Tuesday. Could use a thorough cleaning especially the glass partitions between the booths. Convenient for mall shoppers.

I love RT, but this location is my least favorite. It’s in the Bangor Mall and is always too crowded and cramped when I have been there.
