We used to live by the Hillsboro Main Library, so using this tiny little library took some getting used to. After six months, I think I prefer this little library over the big one. I use the reservation system through WCCLS and can get anything I want delivered to pick up on my weekly library visit. Parking, picking up reserved books, checking out, etc. Everything is so quick and easy at this little library. Best of all is that the librarians know who we are and are readily available to help. They recently added a little children’s area with a table and rug. It is simple but serves its purpose.

Ok so my wife makes me come in here when she is picking stuff up. But hey I kind of like it. The old meeting space is now more books. It may be small but they do have a good selection.
The good part is you can order from any library and they will get it here to pick up. My wife loves this feature.

Beaverton, OR
This library is admittedly smaller than some of the others in the wccls (Washington County Cooperative Library Syatem) set. I used to u Beaverton years ago and it’s huge. This is like the mini market to that one being the supermarket. This one has a smaller selection of books and DVDs and whatever. The good thing is that they are never overcrowded, never parking problems, and no farmers market crowding the area.
I love it.
I get things from anywhere in wccls reserved and sent here and I still get all the selection from the entire library set.
