Best food in town and the entire area! Friendly service, healthy ingredients offering local and organic fare for most things! The coffee drinks are tasty and service is great! Great to have this gem in the town of Banks. They have daily special and offer fresh baked goods on a regular basis. Love this place!

Nice small town café. Quirky décor and clean, full espresso service and quality breakfast. They make everything to order so if you’re in a rush might not be the spot but delicious hollandaise and perfectly cooked eggs on my eggs Benedict this morning.

Nice people, quaint atmosphere. i had the eggs benediction which was fine but for 9.50 I would expect a little more than Tiny eggs benedict and a cup of fruit, not to mention they cook one order at a time so very slow

Really enjoyed this place. I had the brie and apple sandwich, so french, so delicious. I loved the décor of this little café. And the owner was nice and cheerful. I didn’t have there coffee but I’m sure it’s wonderful, I will have to try it next time and let u know. So with that u know I will be back… yummy in my tummy.

This may be the only«game» in town but it’s the only one that needs to be there. I love panini sandwiches so this place had me at hello. The soup was why we stopped here and the reviews don’t lie. Today it was split pea and it was so good. I don’t usually leave large pieces of ham in my homemade version but I will from now on. The green tea latte was really good too. But with the delicious food you also get area info from the very friendly owner. We thought the coast was too far to drive but was told about a hour and half we could check out the Astoria Column. So we did!

I stopped by just before closing. I ordered the soup of the day and a cup of tea. The soup was delicious and the tea came a fun teacup. My daughters both had ice cream; one cone and one bowl, which was served with flair in a darling pink sundae dish. I loved the small town feel and unique décor. We will be going back soon!

Scrambled eggs to rival the best home cooking. The perfect cup of coffee. Paper thin bacon, but then the basic meal was only $ 6. Charming setting, treated like family. Wish we’d had bikes and the time to take the trail.

10⁄10 would eat here again although my mom never made these foods for me growing up but that is neither here nor there

Very warm and friendly owner, good thoughtful food, quaint atmosphere, clean restaurant. I got the breakfast sandwich; tasty herb and caper aioli. My companions got the breakfast burrito, and a customized order of eggs bacon and toast. All was good!

I’ve been stopping by once a week for a couple months now and get a warm greeting. It is so refreshing to be remembered! The interior of this coffee shop is decorated very tastefully and encourages me to linger. It is fun to watch older men stop by(the regulars) and also those passing through to enjoy the nearby Banks/Vernonia Trail. Everyone gets a friendly welcome. Usually I just order a regular cup of coffee and am pleased with the quality. The staff have been very patient with my kids as they figure out what to order. Last week I had lunch for the first time and was not disappointed in my panini. I’m so excited to have such great quality and customer service in little Banks. Hopefully they will start a trend!

This isn’t a review, as the café wasn’t open when I got there on Sunday morning. Sign in the window said they were operating under winter hours and were closed on Sunday. This review will probably get removed, it really isn’t a review at all, but folks should know if the place is even going to be open. Call first to verify if you are coming from a long way. If the café is closed and you need food, head back down to the super market near the highway.

New owner Lisa is brilliant with sandwiches and wraps. We tried the roast beast panini and the Thai my shoe wrap, both excellent as was the coffee roasted at Caffé D’arte.

This is a new place just opened a few months ago. The breakfast wafel was great… It’s very convenient to stop before starting your ride to Trial head.
