Spa trips as a must when my daughter and I travel. This one did not disappoint. Cari knows what she’s doing. I had a full body massage, however the neck and shoulder treatment was the best I’ve ever had.
The spa is charming, relaxing and cozy. It is an extention of her home, so you get to also enjoy the warm décor and comfy surroundings.

A friend and I had a wonderful experience with Cari with a facial and Cassie with a massage. Their spa was inviting and they were very accomadating with time and day. A relaxing experience and would highly recommend their service.

Cari is a master at what she does. I am not saying that hers is a great small town spa, hers is top notch spa on par with some of the best in the Bay Area and Sacramento and even Saigon! (I recently went in April.)
As for prices, I am not sure how her prices compare, but I know that I walked (floated) out feeling that I had gotten a bargain!
Not a beat was missed, not a detail overlooked. Cari is wonderful and this spa is a gem! Not only will I be back, but I cannot wait!

Cute, small spa with a great bang for your buck. My husband and I got massages here on our one year anniversary trip and were won over not only by the quality of the massage itself, but the friendliness of the staff. When we come back to Banner Elk, this will definitely be on our list of to-​do-​agains!!!
