I just called this place and had plans on going to seeing what they have to offer but after seeing all the bad reviews I will pass, businesses should really check up on what kind of reviews they get
*The reason I looked them up on Unilocal is because the lady who answered the phone was very unpleasant

Don’t buy from here! You’ve been warned. Definitely avoid Tom. They are very nice at first but once you drive off the lot. You’re on your own… Warranty or not. Learned my lesson the hard way…

Not many times I actually rate a place 5 stars, let alone a dealership. The first time I came was about 6:30PM at night and I talked with a gentleman named Nic Lacasse. Awesome dude, at first glance I thought he was sleezy to be honest. Talked with him about a CRV on the lot and told him that I was a first time buyer with a good credit score.
Fast forward a little, talked with Rosa over the phone, real nice lady. She got all of my information, she then forwarded it to Tom, who I contacted next. I told Tom to get me set up with a loan as I was ready for a purchase!
Now I wanted Nic to get credit for the sake as the guy is amazingly knowledgable. Did not have any issues at all with anyone here. Everyone was extremely nice, I dealt with Nic the most and I have to say, Nic is the best. Go to this guy, real honest and down to earth «salesman.» Yes, he’s looking for a sale because that’s his job but the deal they gave me with the APR percentage for a first time buyer they were able to talk through. I mean, the banks they sent to were a lot, a lot of denials, a few counter offers, and an acceptance later, I got a prime lender, low APR, low monthly, all with $ 3.5 down… could not beat it!
I want to send my deepest thanks to everyone there. Hope Yall read this! See you in the future for sure!
5 star on a car dealership? Heck yeah!

Our family has purchased four vehicles from Tom at Auto Source. He knows his business and has always been honest and up front with us. I recommend Auto Source.

We Tried to purchase a vehicle here in banning, CA., these people are very greedy, we gave them all needed info. never got a call back. They asked for top Kelly blue book price. Very krude, did not return call to give me any update as they said they would. I wanted to stay local and support this community but no deal it seems. So 2 days later I purchased a vehicle in Riverside at all in autos got a sweet deal and financing authorized (Local finance company) in just 2 hrs. Time. This place is honest and works with you on what you want and can afford Thank you All in Autos you made our day much brighter. The other used car dealers in my community can use some lessons to sell

The Auto Source in Banning, California is one of the worst used car experiences I have had.
I purchased a 2005 Nissan Titan from them in May. The salesman, Tom, was the epitome of a used car hack. In the process, I had to make phone calls to the dealership which was answered by Tina. Her unprofessional demeanor in dealing with me, along with relaying messages to others in the dealership made the process frustrating. Glenn, the service manager, also was difficult. The test drive was fine, but the truck was on empty. After the deal was made, Tom promised to put enough fuel in it to get home. That also was never done
Recently, while I was preparing for a trip, I noticed that the jack and tool kit for lowering the spare tire from the undercarriage was not with the vehicle. I called the dealership and explained my dilemma to Glen. His only solution was for me to pay $ 70.00 for a used jack & tool kit from a junk yard. He promised the part on a Tuesday, but it didn’t arrive until late Thursday, which caused additional frustration for my trip. When I arrived to purchase the jack & tool kit, Tom (the salesman) refused to acknowledge me. I tested the tool kit to make sure it was the proper equipment & spoke to Glen. I reiterated my frustration & told him I was planning on posting a review on Unilocal about my experience. He couldn’t have cared less.
I would definitely not buy another vehicle from Auto Source. The business model is, «Make the deal at any cost.» They are not honest. They do not stand behind their vehicles. Buyer BEWARE!

Picked up a car from San Diego and was promised a 30 day warranty. Unfortuantely, there was issues with this vehicle, so I drove it BACK to Banning from San Diego. While I was there the salesman checked the miles. Therefore, before he sent us away he could have clearly said that we are over the miles and we cannot help you. Not the case this time. Drove back to San Diego to get a phone call today stating that there is a issue, however we are over the miles! Are you kidding me?!? Now I am driving to go pick up an unfixed car. I am an emotional wreck and the salesman Tom is a complete JERK!
Not to mention that I was over about 200 miles (which is the mileage from my house to Banning… Do NOT get a car there, I am lost for words with no money to repair my car.

I went here a few years back with a friend of mine to help him look at a car. I asked for a history vehicle report (carfax, or autocheck) and they told me if my buddy buys the car THAN they’ll give him the history report. Beats the whole point of seeing the history after you buy it.
Don’t waste your time going here. Unless you want to be on The People’s Court suing to get your money back, but than you might lose for being dumb enough for buying a car here. LOL

This place perpetuates the stereotype of the used-​car salesman. Don’t bother asking for a Carfax report on any car here… it will follow the commercial script.
