I used Beaumont Glass & Door and while saving a ton of money I enjoyed there great service!!!

I called and made an appointment and they did show up on time on 6÷22÷2015. They called and gave me the quote of $ 165.00 on 6÷24÷2015, I said great. They asked for a credit card number, I gave it to them and asked how much time it would take. Dean said one week and the waiting game began. I called today 7÷13÷2015 to see how my order was going and was put on hold for 10 minutes. Dean came on the line and said that my order for five screens was still on the clipboard and said that the guys have been very busy. I said I need to cancel my order because I don’t want to hire anybody that doesn’t want to work. He said we work, I said not for me though, Maybe that’s true they do work if you spend enough money here. But if you are just spending chump change don’t go here, they don’t need that kind of change… Must be really nice not to need money… I’m giving them a one star because you can’t give them less…

We recently had a piece of glass cut with precise measurements. Banning Glass took the info down and fulfilled the order. They called once to alert the item was ready for pick up. We ended up picking up the item only to discover it was ¹⁄₁₆ of an inch too wide. The gal who works at the front desk offers super sweet customer service. I called and was welcomed to bring back to have the piece corrected.
In the end, the item was done to satisfaction. The price was right, too.

I contracted with Banning Glass over the course of the past two years to replace the windows and front screen door on my house. Dean and Steve are excellent at estimating, communicating, showing up on time, and completing the job on time and at the best possible price. They will let you know if they can get the same or equivalent materials for a better price. They keep their appointments and are very good about communicating any weather or material related delays. They are careful about their work and make sure any mess is cleaned up before they leave the job site. The windows are installed correctly, they open and close easily, they are sealed properly and they are clean when the leave. No job is too big (i.e. whole house) or too small (i.e. 1 window). The new windows have saved us nearly ½ on our utility bills. Wow! These guys are as good as it gets!
