Brands On Sale sells on Amazon, so I thought that I could trust them and decided to order directly on their website. What a mistake! I ordered an Halloween costume for my son 2.5 weeks before Oct 31st and will not receive it on time. When I called to ask about my ordered because I had not received it yet, I was told that my order was«lost» in their system and this«is pretty usual». I could not track my order online(that did not work) and had to wait an average of 20 minutes to get someone from the customer service on the phone. I am still wondering how this company has been able to make business since 2002 as they claimed on their website. New update: now I am told that they sent me an email on Oct 17 to tell me that the item was not available; I never received this email and when I am asking to get a copy of it: oh surprise, this is not my order!!! Just stay away!
