Had our air conditioner go out called Budget air & they came out same day. We were told we needed a new compressor so We ended up buying new air conditioner. Joel was very perfessional and so was his helper. I would recommend them.

For starters Jose and his helper Joel started speaking Spanish in a clearly non-Spanish speaking home. I bit my tongue because I had high hopes they could tell me what the noise was the fridge was making. Then he tried telling me there was ice build up. I asked where because my husband had just removed ice the day before and Jose could not show me the ice but recommended I unplug the fridge. I asked how was this done and then did he and his helper break out tools and start moving stuff out if fridge. He told me that the problem was a damper that needed replaced. As he was writing up receipt I was asking questions about the process: ordering part, would the diagnostic fee apply to cost of part, etc. His responses were nebulous at best and told me that he had never repaired a fridge like mine. I expected a call back on Monday. No call. I called Thursday, 5 days after he came to the house and here it is one week after his initial visit and he has not returned my call. He is very dishonest and rude. Fridge still not repaired and I am out $ 50. Don’t use these ppl!

Called them because my AC quit working in the heat of summer 2 years back. They were slow and expensive. Then had to come back the next day because they needed a different motor, that was of course more expensive than the original one they quoted. I gave them my 10% off coupon from the Yellow Pages at the end. The guy said ‘everyone in Hemet gets 10% off’. Then after a few minutes, he said he would ‘eat the $ 40′. Which he did not. He charged my credit card the full amount. A few weeks later, I got a call from my bank about a $ 550 charge at Radio Shack. The bastards, or someone affiliated with them, had stolen my credit card info! When I called the business to complain, a woman told me the business’s info had been stolen also at the same time. And that the owner was the one who came to my service call and she knew it wouldn’t have been him that stole my info. She took my name and number and I’ve never heard from these POS scam artists again. STAYAWAY!!! Better to wait on someone else than to open yourself up to these questionable people. Oh, I forgot to mention, their Yellow Pages ad says they are a member of the BBB(Better Business Bureau) but I was unable to find them anywhere with the BBB when I tried to report them for this.

We purchased our home in November of 2013 and found out the furnace was wired wrong. We called the company and had to make numerous phone calls to get them to return a call back. The technician came out very late at night and was going to rig the furnace to work but my husband would not let him. He told us he would put us in the computer system and they would get back with us. That was in November and we had to call him numerous times again in January of this year. After calling 3 to 4 times in one day we finally got someone to come out and yes they did fix the furnace but I’m very disappointed in the way I had to constantly call to get someone to even return a call to me.

Had my heater go out. This place said they charge $ 45 for a service call that would apply to any repairs. Fine. The guy works for less than an hour and charges $ 85 in labor! Really? Then he charges $ 50 for a $ 20 part. Unfortunately I was at work and my wife paid for this but I would NOTRECOMMEND! Get two stars because the dryer actually works, but I am not happy about my wife being taken advantage of.
