Sears Carpet Cleaning & Air Duct Cleaning

If i could give a zero i would. Bought a home and home inspector found a mouse in attic. Had pest control set traps. Decided i should have air ducts cleaned. Called sears who sent two techs out. Techs looked in attic and informed me I had a rat infestation and needed all new ducts as well as replacing insulation. I threw techs out of my home. Called back home inspector who did find one dead rat but no other evidence of infestation. Called pest control back to check out. He felt rat was possibly dead for two to three days. Also traps were not ones that he had set. Coincidentally sears had been at the house three days prior. called hvac company who looked at ducts and stated I did not need ducts cleaned and no evidence of infestation in ducts. DO NOT CALL SEARS. I will never buy appliances or services from Sears again. Shame on you Sears
