Do not patronize this store the owner/​mismanager Toni is a complete jerk. We bought a freezer from them & when it was delivered the installers didn’t plug it In properly so that all our frozen food thawed out. When we complained she said the installers said we had a bad outlet. When asked why we hadn’t been informed about bad outlet she that wasn’t their job we should know we had a bad outlet. On checking outlet we found nothing wrong they had just not plugged it properly. Toni was very belligerent &refused to take responsibility for for it. a call to Sears got us some satisfaction & they are going to give us some reimbursement. I emphasize DON’T patronize this store!

Dealing with this Sears store has been the worst experience I have ever had dealing with a retail store. They are the rudest most incompetent dysfunctional people I have ever did business with. Tony a woman claimed to be the store manager is rude illiterate and has no people skills. I will never buy anything from Sears again.

This fact should be posted online to prevent futile trips.
I had dresses to return to Sears.
When I noticed that there was a Sears in Banning,
closer to my home,
I went to Banning to return the dresses,
~ only to discover that I could NOT do that.
Wasted time, efforts, gas.

store located in a struggling strip mall that the city should help fix up if they expect this store to survive. in interior looked like a hometown sears, however is there much here that you cant pick up at the kmart in banning in the better part of town?
