I’m back! Finally got a technician out who did some«wiring» work, great attitude, tried his best, but lo and behold, the problem is back. HBO and SHO time channels reflect the same show on numerous channels. Called for tech support, person on line said«never heard of such a problem». Seriously? Switches are off? The 3rd party provider is messing up? And I am suppose to rate just the employee? TW somehow thinks the employee and the company are two different things. «Rate me, not the company.» Yeah, I should have tried that at my customer service job. I am not giving an employee a good rating if technicians cannot figure out how to solve the problem without putting customers thru the ringer. On my way to change the box! Signed up for Time Warner cable due to a special offer advertisement where you get a $ 300 visa card if you signed up so I stupidly did that and here it is five months later no visa card and not one coming! Big scam!!! I’m getting rid of Time Warner cable and will never fall for their bullshit again!

Time warner is terrible. I almost had service set up with this company, but they missed their installation appointment and called to ask when they would be arriving. I was told that they would not be coming and that the appointment was canceled because they tried to call me six times to confirm. First off, I made the appointment and told them I would be home on that specific day. Second, I checked my home phone which they claim to have called and there were not any calls from time warner or any messages left, you would think if they attempted to contact me six times they would have left a message. Third, I gave my cell phone number as a secondary number which I know for a fact they never called because I have it with me all day every day. I called and spoke to a supervisor who told me that there is nothing they can do to make up for the mistake and I asked if they could Contact the person who claimed to have called six times and apparently they don’t keep that information on file. I called their crap and told them that if this is how they treat a prospective customer than I don’t want to be a customer and canceled my installation appointment. The supervisor told me that he promises if I am a customer that nothing like this would ever happen again. How can one man promise no mistakes will ever happen again. Mistakes happen, but at least own up to it and do something to correct it instead of lying to people who know better and saying that there is nothing they can do to fix the problem. I will stick with Verizon even if time warner quoted less money per month. I will count the extra pay for their customer service. Thanks verizon.

The employees at TWC are ignorant and useless. Not only did their internet service cost too much and frequently have outages, but when I canceled my internet(which they give you a hard time about by asking you over and over again why you can’t keep the service) the address they had to return the equipment was wrong(location did not exist) and when they said they would pick up the equipment because I was not driving 20 miles to return their S*%T, TWICE they did not show. I once again called their hard to get a hold of customer service with representatives who barely speak English, it took a hour to reschedule a THIRD appointment. Then, they tell me there is a $ 39 trip charge that they«forgot» to tell me about. In addition, they had missed the first two appointments because they had my old address that I moved from, even though I gave them my new address when I scheduled the initial appointment. I will NEVER use their services again, and will spread their horrible customer service issues to everyone I know.

Time Warner — negative stars! A waste of time! Took off work early, drove 50 mins to get to Banning before they closed at 6pm — and the girl at the counter gave me an HD cable box without a power cord. I should have checked the bag before I left the damn shop! I had to repeat the trip the next day. I was FURIOUS, besides the fact I had no TV for a night.

Time Warner Zero stars… I turned in my cable box here after waiting forever for the girl take payments from two other customers. So three months go by and they turned back on my service because«I never turned in my equipment.» Luckily I held on to the receipt. Although I will never use TW Cable again if you do have dealing with them make sure get everything in writing. I have contact info if you need it for a dispute, just email me here. Thanks
