So cute. Obviously an older establishment but spotless bathrooms and very clean rooms. Friendly office staff. Two double beds room not overly large. Nice to have own entrance. Like the metal chairs on the front to sit in. Lack of pool was a small bummer. Cannot be the price. Easy to drive or walk to downtown. Will recommend and come again myself

Just a simple place to stay while busy with other activities downtown and in the park. So close to downtown and very cheap. Perfect for a quick weekend getaway if you are just looking to spend your time hiking and such. The manager was very nice and helpful at check in. The other people staying there all seemed respectful and friendly, too. The location was perfect. Glad we stayed here and not in Ellsworth for distance alone. Made it easy to run back to the room and change between activities.

Clean, cheap, close to downtown and Acadia. Has Wifi and TV. Perfectly sufficient. Wish they had a minifridge and a microwave so I could keep and heat up food, but other than that it was just right.

This Motel is situated about ½ mile from Downtown Bar Harbor. This makes it a bonus during the busy seasons like July 4th week. The Motel was 90 a night and I cannot complain about that. It was clean and the bathrooms were nice. Shower had very good pressure. A++. I would stay here again just because of the price. Please remember that once you get here you are not in your room all day to hang out. You will be out and about all day and just need a place to rest your eyes until the next day. They do need one upgrade and that would be a new mattress. I would come back.

Clean and cheap with a good location. This place is no frills. Our room was circa 1970, but very well maintained. For sure, our room could have used an update, especially the mattress, but it was clean and for the price($ 65/night for Labor Day weekend!!) we couldn’t have asked for more. This place has four separate buildings located on a hill off the main route into in and out of town. The buildings are priced according to their latest renovations. I wanted the cheapest room, so I got the building which was not yet renovated. I have two criteria when searching for a hotel room: it has to be clean and it has to have bathroom. Check and check.
