After having a disagreement about how my car should have been handled while in their lot (items were «stolen» from it according to him, also known as taken out by him and sold), he repeatedly yelled, cussed, and called me a «girly ass motherf***er» as he threateningly bullied me off his lot.
Easily the worst experience I have ever had at a business anywhere.

So grateful they could fit us in right away for an emergency radiator hose replacement
while we were on vacation. They even made an extra 4:30pm parts run so we could get it back same day. If you are visiting MDI and need emergency service I recommend you call them 1st.
