Our home away from home. A perfect location a block from town and a block from the shore path on a quiet side street. Very comfortable rooms, each with a kitchenette and private bath. The refrigerator and microwave come in very handy throughout the week we typically stay. Bunny(the owner) is a treasure who will be as friendly, or as distant as the guests like. She has some great stories about inn keeping over the last 10 plus years. The inn is more like staying with an aunt or uncle than staying at the inn — daily housekeeping is not included in the standard rate, so you need to make your own bed, but Bunny will swap out towels every day if you like. We cannot speak enough about the location or the atmosphere. We typically travel the same week every spring and fall and we have gotten fairly friendly with other guests who travel the same time every year.

Feels like being at home! This bed and breakfast is cozy, our room had a full size bed with a kitchenette, a full large bathroom, and its own porch and deck. It has a good vacation home feel, not like any big city hotel type stay. I start to become a germ-a-phobe when on vacation, Seacroft Inn is clean :) I didn’t feel uncomfortable being in the covers, I didn’t feel discomfort in the tub/shower, or even laying my purse on the carpeted floor. The house itself has lots of room for plentiful morning sunlight and is yards away from the shore(facing east so you can watch the sunrise), and you can feel its breeze all day long. It’s a walking distance to town shopping, and shellfish eating. And also, 3 miles to Acadia National Park, the views of the Atlantic are stunning! This is the way I want to feel on a vacation!
