This was my first time snowboarding, and I was looking to «carving» the hills of Devil’s Head. Upon purchasing my new Burton board, Mint boots, and Citizen bindings from Dick’s, I was highly disappointed by 3 different Dick’s Sporting Goods in Illinois and Wisconsin. The board came without the channel inserts, so we were on a wild goose chase to find these four pieces to make my snowboard christening complete. When we called Devil’s Head, they referred us to Wildside. After calling three different Dick’s Sporting Good Stores on the way to Wisconsin and visiting an unhelpful Erik’s, we finally found the pieces at Wildside. The store was thoroughly stocked with ski, snowboard, and bike gear. The three staff people there were extremely welcoming, efficient, and effective(as I am still alive to write this review). A pair of warm mittens and the installation of the channel inserts + bindings was about $ 50. We were in and out in about 20 – 30 minutes. We are so pleased with the service at Wildside. They were our saving grace! My husband even said that it was the best service experience he’s had in a while. When in doubt, visit these amazing people at Wildside. They’ll treat you right. As for Devil’s Head, that bunny hill got the best of me :(

Super great service, very responsive. Took the wrong shoes(speed play pedals) with my backup road bike(Look Keo) to ride in the Dells while my son and his friends were at Noah’s ark. They helped me out with reasonable cleats and did the installation, too. Very friendly, go here if you need help while in the Dells. I highly recommend this bike shop.
