Dr. Sosnin decided to end our patient-​doctor relationship on Feb 8^th that I was moving on to another practice in April. He said once you tell a physician you’re leaving the practice — the service ends. I’ve left other practices and have NEVER been told that by anyone. Dr. Sosnin set up several referrals which required transportation referrals as well. His office has yet to complete them. These are all referrals made weeks prior to his ending service. Today I was informed he would not complete them because I was withholding medical information and I was being rude. How is it rude to expect a physician to do their job? He also refuses to complete the paperwork on my wheelchair (present one is broken). He says my new female physician can do it when I see her in April. I have never seen a physician have a hissy fit. This was completely unprofessional.
