Horrible, doesn’t even deserve one star. Asked for manicure; all I got was barely filed nails and paint. They didn’t even have me wash off nail file dust or trim excess so now I snag everything. Also, I got shalack and they didn’t trim my cuticles which means as soon as my nail grows they’ll start to peel back. Then when I called to tell them how dissatisfied I was they said I asked for shalack-​but I asked for a manicure– then they said it would have been more money for a manicure! Complete rip off and the worst nail service I’ve ever had.
