McDonald’s

Good breakfast if you are there weekdays before 8. Lunch and dinner not very good. Just went through the drive thru, waited a long time, cheese burgers are cold and the fries are hot but a little under cooked. Would have preferred to waited a little longer for good fries. Thanks for ruining lunch.

If I could give no stars I would. We’ve tried this place twice. The first time, our entire order was cold and stale. The bread on our sandwiches were hard, and the order of chicken nuggets we got for our son were rock hard. And forget about hot or fresh French fries. They were inedible. I called and spoke to a manager and they offered to replace the order. We had them replace it a few days later. It took them 30 minutes to assemble the order, and even then it wasn’t correct… and they had the original receipt in front of them. The food was fresher than before though, but definitely not great. Tonight, after a long day of running around we decided we were in the mood for McDonald’s and wanted to give this location another try. Mistake. Fries cold and stale again, and only filled up half way, and both of our burgers were wrong. Never again!

This has to be the worst McDonald’s ever. Service is horrible. I really don’t understand why management hasn’t came in here and cleaned house. People were more worried about who was texting them than serving the customer.

This is the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. You’d be better off starving than eating here.

Nasty. Filthy. Incompetent. Order wrong burgers dried out hard buns. Awful in every regard.

Corporate needs to step in on this site. Beautiful location and what a disaster. I think it is embarrassing to the hard working people of Kentucky to witness this poorly run American chain.

Any time I’ve come to this McDonald’s, I am met with rude employees and horrible service. There are definitely better fast food choices in this town than this McDonald’s, but if you must have micky d’s I suggest you visit the one in Lebanon Junction. It’s clean and if they mess your order up they are happy to fix it with no issue.

RUN from this place. Terrible service, Terrible food. There’s really nothing good about this McDonald’s.

I can’t believe how poorly THIS McDonalds is run. Arrived at 12:50pm and no one at the counter. Other employees yelling for counters support. One Ice machine empty, counter a big mess and on top of that both ketchup dispensers not working. I keep trying them but not anymore DONE.

Worst ever. Always bad service and they frequently get your order wrong. If you try and take it back they will treat you horribly and give you a hard time. They don’t care about anyone’s business and the place is always extremely dirty.

Other reviewers are too kind. This place is so bad that you want to look around for hidden cameras to see if it’s a joke. Unbelievably incompetently run operation. There are too many places in Bardstown to eat for anyone to waste their money here.

This McDonalds is pretty much the worst. I rarely go on my own accord but I’ve had consistently bad service every time I’ve dined in and went through the drive thru.
The drive thru is very slow even when no there’s only two or three cars ahead of you; be prepared to spend 5 – 10 minutes in the drive thru even if it doesn’t look busy. This is one of the McDonalds with two lanes and I’ve found sometimes they don’t go back and forth between lanes.
Dining in is a nightmare too. For example, when I visited last week I was the only one in line at the time, and I guess they were short staffed, and it took over 5 minutes for someone to take my order. We didn’t have a remotely crazy order and still people behind us got their orders before us, not to mention they forgot our drinks.
Management really needs to be overhauled here because I’ve seen several «managers» be pretty nasty to lower workers, and on one occasion one manager was cussing about something near the front counter. Very unprofessional since I bring my nieces here for treats a lot. I think a lot of the issues here stem from management.

As you can tell from other posts, this place has issues. As a whole MDs is your normal fast food spot. You know what you are a getting before you go there. But this location never fails to disappoint. Pass it by if you have a choice.

This is the worst McDonalds I’ve ever been to. The lack of proper management, professional Behavior of employees, cleanliness, timeliness and attention to orders makes this the worst Mac’s I’ve ever been to. If you like waiting 15 minutes for two sandwiches, fries and one drink when there are only 2 other customers being served then tis is the place for you. You can also be entertained by the foul language used by the employees. If this was a one time incident I would have let it go but this is the norm. Close this MacDonald’s and open a new one under new ownership and management.

The worst McDonalds I have been to in a long time. Very disorganized and slow. The parking lot is impossible to maneuver thru if both drive thru lines are backed up.
