On our way to Albany, we stopped for gas. When I stepped out of the car and faced the pump,.I noticed that water was dripping all over the place through the roof structure over the pumps. The parking lot UNDER the roof was soaked from the roof leak, so I had to stand in a pool of water as I pumped the gas. But the real problem started when I began to pump the gas. They had a decent price for unleaded($ 3.59) so after I pulled the pump trigger I started to daydream waiting for the tank to fill up and for the pump to shut off. When my daydream ended, I looked at the pump and couldn’t believe what I saw. The numbers were spinning so slowly that I could read every single digit as they began their inevitable cycle inside the pump. My right hand to the heavens, after a few minutes I was shocked to see that I hadn’t even pumped one gallon. I hadn’t even pumped one half a gallon. OMG I hadn’t even pumped one quarter of a gallon. I stopped my minutes long transaction after I pumped 0.233 gallons that rang up to just $ 0.84. Hey Valero –have some GD pride in your operation please !!
