I ordered 12 yards of floral fabric from . There was a slight issue with the quality of the fabric, which had nothing to do with interiormall and everything to do with the manufacturer.(The same fabric is available from numerous suppliers.) Interiormall did everything they could to help me. They contacted the manufacturer to try to get me a new order of 12 yards, but that didn’t work out. So, they offered to take back the fabric for a full refund. I agreed, instead, to a generous discount on the price per yard. I would definitely recommend interiormall to anyone searching for fabric on the web.

I ordered an extra long traverse rod from Interior Mall in July, 2014. It came without any brackets to mount it to the wall. I contacted Interior Mall x 2 by email and x 2 by phone and they did not respond. I finally had to report them to the Better Business Bureau of Arkansas and finally received a response. They indicated that they would send me the brackets to install the rod and ended up sending only 1 bracket that is for supporting the middle of the rod. I have had to re-engage the better business bureau and have even offered to pay for the brackets and the postage to send it. This is a very shady poorly run company. If I had it to do over again I would not have ordered the rod from them. The only reason I did not order from JC Penney where I usually get my drapery rods is because they did not have the extra long size that I needed. Would not recommend this company.
