Great sandwich trays and salads! Everyone at my party raved about the food. Also love their breakfast sandwiches!

Ate here yesterday for the first time. Yum! Very well constructed sandwich with a ton of turkey and the perfect ratio of condiments to bread. A great value and will be going back today!

This is my favorite place in Barnegat Light to get breakfast! They have fantastic egg sandwiches with cheese and your choice of meat. They are very reasonably priced at $ 3.99 and have free coffee on Mondays!

Oh, man. Used to enjoy this place back in the day. But now … Went there August 30th around noon for a sub. The teen assembling my sandwich had long floppy blond hair that he shook as he struggled to slice the bread. No head treatment. Definitely not cool. Said teen(about 15 years old) then proceeded to botch the order. Person obviously hadn’t received proper food service training, for which I blame management. To add insult to injury, the manager/proprietor was there, chatting up some other customer about a boat when he should have been watching over operations.
Must to avoid.

But we keep going back… Their bagel sandwiches are superb. The staff/operation is a cluster. Every other time we go the pricing is different. Yesterday the new insult was to take our egg/bacon/cheese and give it away to ‘friends’ who arrived after we did… so we ended up with a double wait! About half the time they screw up the order by getting the wrong contents on the wrong bagels. They are shamelessly unfair and incompetent. So ‘south jersey’. But we endure the constant indignities and take our drippy hot yummy sandwiches up to the lighthouse and enjoy the boat parade.

Not much room for parking, but it’s never been crowded when I was there so it was always easy. People are coming and going in just minutes, and I guess it gets busy, but I’ve never seen that. It’s a small deli at the end of the island with a friendly atmosphere. Good coffee and bagels fresh every morning, as well as danish. Crumb cake is the best. Hoagies made to order, and are a good size. The rolls are not too soft, and not too hard, just in between. There are a couple tables inside, but we go out by the lighthouse on the picnic benches and watch the boats cruise by while we eat. Have never been disappointed and will come every time on the island.

I love the inlet deli. Every summer that I come to LBI we go there. The sandwiches are really good, and they always have a wide selection of foods. The best thing is that they are also good for breakfast. The employees are also very nice, and they complete your orders in a timely fashion. It does not have much seating, but it makes up for it with the quality of their service. There’s not much to say about it, but it is a very good deli.

Delicious cheese steaks! Other things are good as well. Every time I come to LBI I have one of those bad boys for lunch. $ 12 for a large is kind of pricey, but it’s at least a full sandwich not just an overpriced loaf of bread with some stuff in the middle. Lunch for two(two sandwiches, 2 sodas and a small bag of chips) was $ 23.00.

I look forward to each time I get to visit LBI and my first stop is the Inlet Deli! They have the best hoagies around and don’t forget to try their breakfast sandwiches as well. They even offer free coffee on Monday! Every time I have gone in I have been pleased with the level of customer service and the food is off the charts!!!

Sandwiches were acceptable. however the staff is not. The employee behind the deli counter was completely rude. Needs a lesson on customer service and how to speak to people politely. The front counter needs more help. The employee was unable to keep up with the phones/taking orders and cashing people out.

The deli sandwiches are actually very tasty, and depending on the time you get here will determine if you’re in line a long time or waiting for your food a long time. The place is run mostly by teens at the counter and register, so things could get hectic. When I was there on multiple visits, staff was nice and it was not crowded. Prices are not marked at all, so watch out!

Boy. Is that owner/manager an ignorant person. I have shopped at this location for 20YEARS and I have never experienced such rudeness. Not only do they NOT post prices which i know is bc this is summer but when I was checking out with the salesclerk the most rudest man(acting like a mgr) came over to the register & started to recalculate my purchases just spouting off new prices writing them on a scrap piece of paper with a highlighter stating that the prices went up almost double! UNBELIEVABLE. do not shop here”…go to White’s.
