The device is something that you fill with the flavored liquid of your choice, and there are many to choose from. You can also choose from 5 or 6 different nicotine levels, from none, to a really strong vapor. I spent $ 64 to get the kit and it came with a bottle of whatever «juice» I wanted. I chose the classic tobacco flavor with the strength of a regular cigarette (there are 2 levels stronger), it’s the equivalent of 2 cartons of cigarettes. In NJ, that is the equivalent of recovering the investment already. Only thing is that when you need more juice, it’s only $ 15! As a runner, I was looking for a way to keep my lungs clear of cancer-​causing agents, and while still using nicotine, this is the BEST answer.
