I had a slice of pizza cheese with mushrooms, and chicken parmesan. My boyfriend order the med Greek pizza. The pizza was good the chicken Parmesan was okay. There was water from the Noddles still in the bowl. But the reason for three stars is because of service. We were seated and gave our order. no problem. The problem came she she never came back to refill our glasses. The only time she came back was to give us the check didn’t even ask if we needed boxes. She acted like she was in a rush the whole time. Will I be back? Probably not… but if I do than it will be for a Togo order. and only for the slice of pizza.

Dishes are elegantly presented by employees with desperation and despair for your approval.

Good pizza and service was ok. But it was a cold morning and apparently their vent hoods aren’t working in the kitchen. They opened the front door to let the exhaust out, making it uncomfortably cold in the seating area. There has to be a better place in this town.

My daughter and I came through here and enjoyed great food and great service! The roast beef panini was delish and so was her meatball sub! Nice spot!

Very poor, rude customer service. We entered the resturaunt and were awaiting our seat when a manager pointed to a seating area without saying a word. We proceeded where indicated when a waitress pointed to our seat. This was done without a «Welcome to Db’s»,“Kiss my butt”, or any other word of greeting. We left out table without being served. They made us feel like we were dogs that needed to be pointed out where to go.

Great pizza!!! Awesome staff. Reasonable prices for NY style pizza. Great family environment… and really good food for being in a really small town.

Living in such a small town and especially one in the South the last thing you’d expect to be dotting the main street façade is a decent pizza joint. Having lived in Brooklyn for some time I consider myself to have a rather refined taste(if not opinionated) for pizza. In that regard Slices is alright. Correction. Slices is more than alright. Slices is downright good. With a thin, NY style, crust hand tossed and a generous helping of cheese, the basic slice is a great starting point for anyone not wanting to add slippery to the slope of their colon at one of the other greasy spoons in town. While pizza is of course the claim to fame here the menu boasts a number of other quality offerings including two of my favorites: the Southwestern Chicken Wrap and the Turkey Walnut Wrap. Reasonably priced both wraps are a good size and come with a pickle wedge and a side. If they have the french onion soup I strongly recommend that but don’t be afraid to go with the pasta salad. It also frames the wraps well. There are two downsides to Slice’s though. I think the lasagna tastes a bit processed and lacks that real home-made flavor –AND– the beer is a bit overpriced. That is not a huge concern though as they are the only place in town to offer more than just Bud or Bud Light. I will glad pay a bit more for a little variety in my draft. My recommendation? Shocktop with an orange wedge. And lastly, if you are in to the history of a town it is important to note that Slices occupies the building once home to Weisbram’s Department Store; a Barnesville fixture much of the last century.

Unfortunately I didn’t get to eat there or even look at the menu. So take my rating with a grain of salt. That being said I did have a $ 13 pitcher of beer… $ 13 dollars!
