While the different stations offered a great variety of work outs, the training wasn’t as intense as I had hoped. I have been in other bootcamps in the past where I was literally looking at the clock because I was exhausted.
If there was a pretty girl in the class, forget it. There was more flirting going on than focusing on the work out with rest of the class which was frustrating and quite annoying.

Great boot camp. Super fun and motivating and never boring! I look forward to working out on my boot camp days. Dan has adapted each class to everyone’s fitness level so no matter where you physically are you get a great work out.
