I think the other reviews are old… my experience has been that the staff is very friendly and accommodating. And Quiznos sandwiches… Yummy!

I’m not sure about the other reviews on here they seem harsh, I work around the corner from here and it’s always open and the staff is friendly and «clean». The food quality is decent as well.

I was a huge fan for Quiznos since 2002 when everything was amazing. I know they have gone down hill for a long time. But this place is terrible and should be closed as they have the worst subs now. Even the pink lemonade is gone. Just do the area a favor and close so this chain is a memory.

I got a regular sub and when I got home it it looked really small so I measured it and it was a bit over 7 inches. Next time I went, I asked what the size of the regular was and was told 8 inches. Guess what, same thing happened again (this time 7.5 inches). The owner of this Quiznos thinks they have figured out a way to increase profits by undersizing the subs. What they did not take into consideration is that customers might no longer go there.

I used to love Quiznos, and the now closed Lake Zurich one was great, but the staff at this location are unfriendly, and dirty. Me and my female friend both got food poisoning from our food!
The staff doesn’t accept coupons when shown from a mobile phone, and speaks/​understands English poorly. This is just dumb, in this day and age, you shouldn’t have to first go home and print a coupon! Do we need to keep printers in our cars now?

Half the time this place is closed when it’s supposed to be open. Note to owner/​manager, If you’re hours are 10am-​8pm when I walk up to the door at 7:30 pm it should be open, not closed. At least put up a sign that says closed due to lack of employees enthusiasm, which I would believe totally in this village.
Edit February 10th 2007: This place closed, probably because they were never open.
