A wonderful collection of unique items… If your not on their email distribution list you should be. I have purchased many wonderful pieces from them which have included cement garden pots, garden statues, vintage plaster wall plaque, display case and the list goes on and on.
Love the shop, the owner is a wonderful hostess and always open to chatting and providing advise on other stores to pop into that match your style.
One of the few antique shops in the area that truly updates their stock and takes pride in the display and quality of what they offer.
The weekly emails are always current and sometimes even provides info on local antique events.

I saw 2 really nice antique lamps on the web site. I saw the store wasnt open but called anyway. The owner answered and confirmed she still had lamps. She offered to meet me on her day off! Opened just for us. I bought the lamps and an antique chair too Wonderful shop with unique items. I will be back

Not your average antiques shop. You don’t feel dirty in this one. You feel surrounded by beauty and nature in this shop. Although there were a few odds & ends (like a real, preserved lizard stood up on an open book,) I ultimately adored this place. The furniture is beautiful. This shop is known more for housewares. I don’t recall seeing any clothing or jewelry. Not a huge selection, but I’d say each and every piece seemed to be carefully chosen. This is definitely not junk. Every piece had character. I wish I had a nice house & a lot of money so I could fill it with things from Steeplechase. They are only open three days and for six hours each day, but the employee (and owner?) said they list everything on their website; big plus. I’d say that’s a star alone. I really appreciate when companies or stores do that. It must be a lot of work, but very convenient. I will gladly recommend this shop to others. I really wish they had vintage jewelry, but then again, I appreciate what they did have. Some day when I get my own place, I would love to return & buy something unique from here to start a collection.
