I recently scheduled an appointment for my mom’s 2013 Fiesta that she purchased from Wickstrom.
When I brought her car in, I was greeted immediately by Barb V. She was courteous and quick to get my set up.
While waiting for the work to be done, I walked around with a cup of coffee. I was greeted, but never harassed by the sales staff. They were all really laid back and fun to talk to.
My mom’s vehicle was actually ready around 20 minutes earlier than I had been told. That was a nice surprise.
The weather was pretty nasty, so I was given a rain check for a complimentary car wash.
Bottom Line: I drove past two other Ford dealers to take a vehicle in to Wickstrom’s Quicklane. I’ve done it several times before and I will continue to do so.

This place is amazing! Friendly, fast, and, wait for it, you need a bulb replaced, how about $ 3 for the bulb and they’ll put it in for you! Now that’s service. I’m definitely coming back.

I had an issue with my car and have has it regularly serviced at this location. Unfortunately that problem happened on a Sunday. After I had it towed here, I emailed the dealer letting them know what happened. I received a reply later that afternoon and actually had one of the service personnel (Aaron Grassel) meet me at the facility to get a loaner car so I wouldn’t have an issue the following morning later that day (Sunday). I never expected that they would go out of their way to make this happen and it far exceeded my expectations. Reasons like this make you want to go back and tell your friends about what happened. Great service, personnel and they defiantly have won my business moving forward.
