Sooner Cellular Repair

BUYER BEWARE!!! I had these guys replace the screen on my iPhone 5, after it shattered. They replaced it… with a faulty screen that causes my phone to «freak out», forcing me to shut down and restart. When I originally notified them of the issue, they acknowledged I had a bad replacement screen and they said they’d get someone in Omaha (this is where I live) to fix it for me. Well…2 weeks later and they never called with info on the Omaha repair facility. I called them today and was told «oh…that place is out of business. You’ll need to mail your phone to us». I originally told them I use my phone for business and that wasn’t an option. They insisted again today, that I mail it to them «for a few days». I reiterated I can’t do that and was told that they’re not going to do anything about it. I asked for a refund and they said «send it to us to look at and we’ll look in to a refund». More bs from these guys. STAY AWAY FROM HERE!

My wife and I flew in to visit her parents and attending a family reunion in Bartlesville.
As I approached our rental car, my phone rang. I had full hands, walking briskly, and I dropped my phone. CRASH!!! First time is a charm! Shattered! Looked up iPhone repair. I didn’t think there would be service for iPhone. Found Sooner! He was open on Saturday! Holiday Weekend! Removed and Replaced my glass flawlessly within 30 min while politely chatting with me and other customers. I was nervous! It worked perfectly. Thanks! The charge was VERY reasonable and the service Awesome!

Great service and quick too. Right when I dropped my iPad I gave him a call a he had a sale on iPad repairs so he saved me $ 20.
I hope I don’t break anything else but if I do this is where I’m taking my business.
