I’ll never recommend this company to anyone. They did a horrible job inspecting a home we were buying. Mike and his two coworkers charged us 455 dollars for a 45 minute home inspection. Okay, the house is relatively new so they might not need to spend hours to inspect. However, they saw a long crack on the garage floor but did not report to us. We found it out later and asked them and they said no big deal, the house is settling. 6 weeks later, we moved in and observed the crack was getting bigger and bigger and now we have to pay for the contractor to come and fix it. Very bad service, stay away!
